International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI) -- PhD Fellows in Climate Change Adaptation, Ethiopia and Senegal

ILRI announces PhD fellowships for policy research related to climate change adaptation. One fellowship is for Ethiopia, and the other is for Senegal. The research will focus on the social dynamics behind formulation and implementation of climate adaptation policy in these two countries.
ILRI posts the eligibility criteria in terms of educational background; language preparation; and calendar schedule. Each fellowship is for three years and offers a stipend plus expense allowance of over US$55 thousand per year.
